The Acting Hub returns policy
The Acting Hub is part of the Red Chilli Audio family. This page covers our consumer returns policy for products bought online through The Acting Hub.
Returns window
The Acting Hub sells directly to consumers, so you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Red Chilli Audio, our parent company, also supplies trade customers, who are subject to a separate 7-day returns window. If you purchased as a trade customer, please refer to our terms and conditions rather than this page.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, or if you have a question, contact us at sales@theactinghub.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll issue an RMA number to enable you to send the goods back to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance and end-of-line products if there is no defect, as these are limited quantity items and are fully inspected before sending to ensure they are exactly as they should be. We want you to be happy, so please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have via an exchange, requested through sales@theactinghub.co.uk. Once the return is accepted and received, we'll dispatch a new unit to you.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
